Customer Questions & Answers

Diane Anderson on 2023-03-01 12:51:29 PM
Question :
Can a 6’8” man weighing approximately 280 pounds sit and stand with this chair? Can the chair height be adjusted and how high can it be raised?
Answer :
I would recommend a max height of around 6.2-6.4" at most for this item. It does not have a long back if the person has a longer torso and needs more back support.

Question :
Can this chair go up and down ramps?
Answer :
Scooters can generally go up and down ramps up to a 10-degree grade.

Question :
will this wheelchair go through indoor doors
Answer :
It should... however every doorway is different so you will need to be mindful of your environment.

Question :
Charging time?
Answer :
It is always recommended to do a 10-12 hour charge overnight if using it daily. If not using it daily then do the same once or twice a week. Never leave your equipment plugged in for longer than that.

Question :
Can a headrest be attached?
Answer :
You may be able to reach out to a third party rehab facilty who can customize something for you but we or the manufacturer would not be able to offer that as an option as there is not one for the unit currently.
